"It's a New Day, it's a New Year....

"It's a New Day, it's a New Year.... and the Paul and Leah Wurth family are making some changes.

Yes, Yes the rumor mills and tabloids are true..Leah and I are embarking on a journey to get FIT. This is not just a some publicity stunt or empty promise here...we are committed, even focused if you will. We are not only getting our bodies fit, we are going to do a little maintenance on the soul as well. Yes I will be spending less time in front of the tube and more time with a good book and a glass of wine.

These are our resolutions, not for this year, but for life.

OK...Most of that was bullshit. We tried this 'Sonoma Diet' thing but after the first night we were dining on some deep friend crab-rangoons, mongolian beef and sweet and sour pork. And as for less TV, well, who are we kidding, there is just to much good tv coming up.....Sopranos, Extras, Rome, new Apprentice, Grey's Anatomy, the list goes on and on.

But we are going to make a conscience effort to eat a little healthier and possibly do a little Yuppie Running ( cool looking running shoes and outfits, matching IPODS and of course the hip running stroller...maybe even a ear piece cell phone or two)

*side note* I wonder how many people think that if they would have come across the person they are now, five years ago....the person they were five years ago would have kicked their ass.......maybe that's just me.

Anyways I have written enough, done my part as adminastrator of this hodgepodge forum of family issues and inner thoughts.
